HB - Like the pencil, the pencil every business needs. The brand orients itself around a play on my initials, bringing together a harmonious representation of my passion for design and the honesty a pencil brings to paper.

Details

My branding, HB, Harrison Balmer. A designer based in the UK. I have been designing my entire life, from school projects to current consumer facing products. Having had a passion for the creative world from a very young age, combined with an early access to technology during childhood, I have found myself perfectly wedged between being an artistic mind and understanding the inner workings of modern day computing. Despite this understanding, I still take to pencil and paper when drafting ideas, concepts and mock-ups; this is due to how candid and true the strokes of a pencil mark the paper. Its a last dance with a societal disinterest in tradition and truly allows me to translate the complexities of my brain to the real world.
